We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of four years' commercial office fit-out experience to join a growing and successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on premium workplace projects, taking ownership from concept through to completion. Based primarily from the company's Faversham studio, the role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial office fit-out projects.
The Role:
- Lead commercial workplace and office fit-out projects from concept through to completion
- Develop creative design concepts, space plans and presentation materials
- Produce and oversee technical drawing packages
- Create bespoke joinery details and technical specifications
- Manage FF&E specifications, procurement and installation
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Present design concepts to clients
