About the Role

Westin Par is working in partnership with a well-established maintenance services company providing reactive day to day building maintenance, planned preventative and cyclical maintenance to commercial organisations including Pubs, Restaurants, Schools, Nurseries, etc. Based from Dartford, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with early estimating experience to develop their career within a supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced estimators, assisting in the preparation and management of costings across a variety of commercial refurbishment projects. Projects typically include strip-out, refurbishment, and fit-out works across sectors such as hospitality, education, and housing.
