Westhill Communications is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our small creative studio in Fitzrovia. We work as a trusted extension of our clients' marketing teams, creating everything from reports, presentations and brochures to campaigns, posters and branded materials for organisations including MSI, Openreach and UKHSA.
We're looking for someone with around 2–5 years' experience who combines strong design craft with good judgement, organisation and confidence. You'll be comfortable managing your own projects, working within established brands, contributing ideas and speaking directly with clients when needed.
This isn't a role for someone who simply executes briefs. We want a designer who asks good questions, spots opportunities to improve the work and knows how to balance creativity with deadlines and budgets.
You will need strong InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Experience in presentation design, editorial work, print production or Figma would be a bonus.
We're a small, collaborative team, so personality matters too. We're looking for someone independent, curious and happy to contribute to studio life.
