An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and exceptional Obs and Gynae 2ww RAC Co-ordinator, within the Women’s and Children’s Division. We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly organised candidate who can demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Main duties of the job:
- The successful candidate will be required to work with service leads to support in the identification of problems and work with them to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day delivery of service to patients.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
- Key relationships with all consultants/registrars and management team, and cancer MDT coordinators.
- Adhering to the targets for cancer patient tracking.
- Ensuring all diagnostics are tracked and reported in a timely fashion.
This position will be based in Watford General Hospital, and is a part time (22.5 hours per week) post on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Person specification:
- Good level of education (e.g., GCSE, A-Level or higher)
- Understanding of RTT pathways/targets
- Understanding of 2ww pathway for Gynaecology.
- Knowledge of Cancer targets
