West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the inpatient Orthopaedic and Surgical therapy team at Watford General Hospital. This Band 7 post is offered on a part-time basis (23.5 hours) with flexibility around 3 or 4 days and Monday requirement.
You will lead on OT clinical expertise across Trauma & Orthopaedics and Surgical wards, manage discharge planning, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service.
