A London-based Family Office is looking for an exceptional recent graduate, or current undergraduate, to join their 2026 Summer Analyst Programme.

Programme
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre individual to embark on a six-week full-time internship taking on wide-ranging, impactful responsibilities across a global team and potentially becoming a future leader at Westgrove. We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented individual who wants to kickstart their professional development in investments. An Analyst performs a key role within our team, and this programme will provide comprehensive exposure to the wealth management industry and how a multi-family office operates within it. You will learn about the industry, network within the business, and shadow senior executives under an immersive experience within the Investment & Relations team.
The programme will include, but is not limited to:
- Public Markets – Research and analysis on public companies across selected sectors. Build earnings models and valuation computations. Preparation of investment memos. Participate in internal investment committee discussions.
- Private Equity – Support due diligence efforts on potential buyout or growth equity targets. Analyse CIMs, LBO cases, and key qualitative data. Assist in modelling LBO scenarios using various financing structures, exit multiples, and sensitivity cases. Conduct market mapping exercises.
- Financial Modelling – Complete structured modelling assignments. Participate in modelling workshops and present case studies. Learn to evaluate investment frameworks.
Relationship Management
The summer analyst programme is for candidates actively pursuing a university degree, or 2025 graduates. A successful candidate must demonstrate:
- First class numerical and analytical skills, with very good attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial drive, as well as commercial awareness and acumen.
- Superb English and proof-reading skills, whilst always maintaining the highest standards.
- High degree of emotional intelligence alongside exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Desire to work in a collegiate and dynamic team, to be a true team player with a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude. Collaborative with a can-do mindset.
- Intellectually curious with a passion for understanding global politics and finance.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Knowledge and experience in Finance/Accounting advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
