What you will be doing?
As a Boilermaker Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Mechanical crew to gain all the skills you need through on-the-job training and formal TAFE classes. You’ll learn how to maintain and troubleshoot mining equipment to minimise downtime, help keep our sites safe, clean and running smoothly, and grow your expertise in a rewarding, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Need:
- A genuine passion for learning about the Boilermaker trade and a can-do attitude.
- Completed or completing your Year 12 Cert (including Maths).
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- WA Manual Driver’s License is required – so you’ll need to be able to obtain one prior to Jan 2026.
- Certificate II Pre-Apprenticeship and First Aid Cert are not essential but will be advantageous to your application.
