Registered General Nurse

Location: Hampden Hall Care Centre, Tamarisk Way, Weston Turville, Aylesbury, HP22 5ZB

Hours: 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am, flexibility required to work both night and day shifts as required. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team.
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times.
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home.
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.

About you

• Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
• Previous experience in elderly care is essential to be considered.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
