About the role:
- Maintain high standards of care by supporting residents with daily activities, including safe medication administration
- Complete daily documentation
- Support training and supervise new staff
- Review care plans and document care needs
- Report on residents\’ well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers
About you:
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Previous care home or elderly care experience is essential
- QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Medication trained
- Motivated to improve standards and develop skills
