OverviewCare Practitioner – Aylesbury, Bucks
Location: Byron House Care Home, 141-143 Wendover Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP21 9LP
Hourly rate: £13.75 to £15.00 per hour, plus night and weekend enhancements
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shifts: Day shifts available across Monday to Sunday

We are looking for a compassionate and caring Care Practitioner to join our family at Byron House Care Home. We are looking for individuals who share our values, have an interest in helping others, a can-do attitude and who will treat the people we support with care, compassion and respect. Responsibilities
Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with all aspects of daily living, including safe administration of drugs
Complete required documentation on a daily basis
Support training and supervision of new staff members
Complete, observe and review care planning needs for residents and complete written daily records
Report on the well-being of residents and liaise with GP\’s and Support Managers
About You
The right to live and work in the UK
Previous experience in a care home or working with the elderly is essential to be considered
QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Medication trained
