The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for a portfolio of short and medium term installation projects.
- Deliver all undertakings safely, on-time, to specification and within budget.
- The selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Variation capture and change management.
- Foster repeat business through class leading customer service.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
- Assessment of the required resources (Labour, Plant, Materials, Cost, Time).
- Development of project plans and progress tracking.
- Collaboration with the Design Team to Value Engineer projects where possible, improving cost efficiency and installation timescales.
- Occasional site visits for pre-start meetings and quality audits.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team, supporting work winning activities and new opportunities.
- Achievement of departmental and personal KPIs.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in construction, fit out, installation, M&E or comparable fields.
- A recognised Project Management Qualification would be beneficial, as would SMSTS and/or a CSCS Card, but training provided.
