We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic midday supervisor to join our team. You will help ensure pupils have a safe, happy and positive experience by supervising children in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising pupils during lunchtime period in the dining hall and playground
- Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils
- Assisting children where necessary
- Encouraging healthy eating and good table manners
- Reporting any incidents or concerns to senior staff
- Supporting the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children
- Is calm, patient and approachable
- Has good communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Is reliable and flexible
Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
