Today, we manage 26 pizzerias: 21 across Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Verona, Modena, and Rimini, and 5 in London, located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Clapham, Kentish Town, Tottenham Court Road, Marylebone and Westfield Stratford!
We are looking to hire a fantastic STORE MANAGER!
You will need to:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets, aligning store performance with the Ops Manager’s guidelines
- Guarantee and maintain high standards of quality (product, service, environment), hygiene, and safety
- Optimize and coordinate service, kitchen production, reservations, and walk-ins to maximize customer flow
- Build, lead, and maintain a positive, motivated team across both kitchen and front of house
- Oversee and drive the training, growth, and development of all team members
- Enforce company procedures, reporting accuracy, and strict adherence to operational standards
- Manage all administrative tasks and oversee daily store operations
- Oversee routine maintenance schedules to ensure the store is always kept in excellent condition
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality in General Manager Role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, service, and team development
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
