Berberè was founded in 2010 with the goal of serving delicious pizzas in beautiful places, made exclusively with sourdough and prepared using carefully selected, seasonal, and organic ingredients. No fuss-just great pizza in a contemporary and informal atmosphere.

Today, we manage 26 pizzerias: 21 across Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Verona, Modena, and Rimini, and 5 in London, located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Clapham, Kentish Town, Tottenham Court Road, Marylebone and Westfield Stratford!
STORE MANAGER!
You will need to:
- Achieve sales targets and operational objectives in line with the OPS Manager's guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
- Oversee service, kitchen production, reservations, and customer flow.
- Lead and motivate boh and foh teams.
- Manage team training, development, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, administration, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, service, and team development.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
