The post is based in the Housing Service’s Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST) and provides operational support across all functions, with emphasis on safeguarding responsibilities. You will manage housing systems, keep information up to date, handle inboxes and referrals, and extract data for use by other officers.
You’ll also help organise training, and require excellent IT and strong written and verbal communication.
