Sheffield City Council is seeking several SEND Inclusion Officers to coordinate and manage EHC assessments and plans for children and young people with SEND. You will be the first point of contact for families, schools and partner agencies, responsible for your own caseload and for producing high-quality, person-centred plans.
The role requires strong communication, excellent organisation and the ability to work within statutory timescales.
