We’re looking for a City Centre Horticultural Supervisor to help keep Sheffield’s public spaces looking their best. You’ll lead the day-to-day work of the horticultural team, plan and deliver seasonal maintenance, and work hands‑on across planting, turf care and other horticultural tasks, with a particular focus on the city centre’s Gold Route.
You’ll bring strong practical horticultural and plant knowledge, experience maintaining high-quality sites, and the ability to organise and support a team. You’ll also work with colleagues and contractors, keep accurate records, and help ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard. If you enjoy combining hands‑on horticulture with team leadership in a highly visible setting, we’d like to hear from you.
