We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and creative Lesson Supervisor to work 5 days per week. We want someone who will share our vision and ambitions for our young people. The successful applicants will need to have very good numeracy and literacy skills as well as excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience of working with young people in a school setting is desirable.

Our team of lesson supervisors work across the whole curriculum and also provide support to students as needed. You will supervise the work that has been set by the teacher and manage the behaviour of pupils in the classroom to ensure a positive learning environment.

When not required to cover lessons for absent teachers, Lesson Supervisors act as in-class support and/or supporting other areas within school. This is a term time only position. This role requires candidates to have GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent). The successful candidate will be expected to provide evidence of their GCSE certificates.
