About the Role:
As our Care Home Cook, you'll be at the heart of the home bringing comfort, nourishment, and joy through your meals. You'll prepare tasty, nutritious dishes for our residents, taking into account their dietary needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare balanced meals and snacks for residents
- Cater to individual dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, texture-modified diets)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Cook British Meals and Baking
- Work closely with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met
What We're Looking For:
