Westfield Primary School in Mayford is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. You will work with the Inclusion Leader, teachers and other assistants to help pupils with additional needs in the SEND room.
Responsibilities include delivering small-group interventions, supporting 1:1 and group tasks, adapting materials, monitoring progress and safeguarding at all times. A calm, patient approach and good teamwork are essential.
