About the role

The Corporate Fitness Coach will work directly with the Active Space Manager to provide our customers with caring and proactive support service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Active Space Manager and instruct clients in a safe and professional manner
  • Create and deliver personalised training programs to help clients achieve their fitness goals
  • Lead onsite and virtual group exercise classes
  • Conduct health and fitness assessments using Westfield Health Wellbeing procedures
  • Operations support with administrative tasks
  • Assist in implementing the internal wellbeing strategy with an insight-driven approach
  • Engage with clients to ensure high levels of retention, motivation and satisfaction
  • Maintain gym cleanliness and ensure the safety of the facility
  • Proactively maintain high levels of engagement with clients to promote retention, joy, encouragement and motivation.

About you:

Education and Qualifications

  • Currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
  • First Aid certification or the ability to obtain one within 3 months
  • Spin or Yoga qualification

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of personal training experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate wellbeing environment is not essential
  • Excellent presentation skills both to individuals and group settings
  • A proven track record of successfully working individually to establish training needs, develop interventions to outcomes
  • Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on high quality client experience
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Diligence, passion and motivation to provide the highest quality service to our client
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
  • A team player with exceptional planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask
