The Health & Wellbeing Consultant will work within the Sales Team to deliver and exceed new business sales and income targets whilst managing and growing an existing portfolio of organisations β 50 and below employees. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Within a designated geography, achieve and exceed targeted new health insurance and non-insurance health & wellbeing sales revenue from data supplied, referrals, own leads, and business enquiries.
- Manage existing and inherited portfolio of clients ensuring targeted retention of revenue, manage renewals, sustainability, and profitability of portfolio.
- Maximise value of existing portfolio through organic growth, cross sales, and upgrades.
- Build out and maintain fully up to date account plans.
- Provide referrals to appropriate SME sales colleagues for opportunities 51 > employees and to corporate sales colleagues for opportunities >199 employees.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Propositions and Underwriting and utilise all available tools, insights and support available, to deliver and exceed targets.
- Meet or exceed all activity and key performance targets.
- Ensure that agreed reporting and updating of systems, including but not restricted to SCMS, Fulcircle and HubSpot system, are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
About you:
- Education and Qualifications: Maths and English GSCE at grade C or above or equivalent Degree or similar level of education.
- Experience: Working in financial services and/or health and wellbeing; presenting solutions to groups; working with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Skills: Working towards and exceeding targets; strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to work independently; dealing with senior commercial stakeholders; building strong trusted relationships; accountability for personal performance; energetic and self-motivated; IT skills - working with office packages and remote platforms.
