About the role

You will provide world‑class, premium, Corporate Client wellbeing experiences within our ‘Liquid Studio’ for a high‑profile global company in Central London. You will lead an experienced multi‑disciplinary team, delivering wellness services that will optimise the social, physical and psychological wellbeing of employees across the campus. You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our aquatic experience, inclusive, but not exclusive to, technical coaching, physical conditioning, and restorative sessions such as Floating Meditation, Sound Healing and pop‑up Flow Yoga. You will create a wellness sanctuary that provides a high‑touch, hospitality‑led, anticipatory, frictionless and deeply integrated experience, to every employee that interacts with our services.

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Site Operations Manager to ensure Client, Partner and commercial objectives are met/exceeded and you will have direct line management responsibility for the multidisciplinary Pool team.
  • You will oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of the Liquid Studio environment, changing areas, associated storage and all services delivered.
  • Conduct, and support your team to conduct, all required audits, maintenance checks of the pool, changing area and applicable surrounding environments.
  • Create and report on all required metrics and KPIs for your area of responsibility.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring an unwavering commitment to a premium user experience, ensuring that all scheduled and unscheduled services are delivered with frictionless and anticipatory execution.
  • You will ensure a pristine, safe, and hospitality‑led environment for all employees, while seamlessly integrating aquatic programs into the Client’s broader corporate wellness and culture initiatives.
  • You will actively design and deliver the Liquid Studio services schedule and calendar of events.
  • Ensure that all equipment is well maintained and the environment achieves the highest level of cleanliness, at all times.
  • Supporting, and actively delivering, pool based classes, coaching, activities and experiences.

What you’ll bring

  • Flexible to working arrangements
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive coaching attitude
  • Ability to swim and teach all four strokes
  • G‑suite experience and competent - drive, docs, sheets
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer service skills with a proven track record
  • Swim England Level 1 Coaching (minimum); Level 2 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) issued by the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) and requalified every 2 years. Including CPR, AED and first aid training.
  • Swim England Safeguarding Certificate (or willingness to complete within 3 months)
  • Aqua Aerobics experience and CIMSPA accredited qualification
  • Pool / class instructor certifications - varied competencies accepted
  • Fitness qualification (PT level 3 or above) would be beneficial
  • Multi-Sports Coaching certifications would be beneficial
  • Demonstrable experience delivering services within a high-end Corporate, retail or luxury environment
  • Experience managing teams in a wellness/fitness environment
  • Demonstrable operational delivery experience in high energy, fast paced environments, ideally including wellness events and social activations
  • A proven track record of successfully working independently to establish personal and team training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high‑quality service.
  • Proven experience of developing effective working relationships and influencing/leading employees

Salary, Perks & Benefits

  • Salary - £34,000 per annum

  • 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
