About the role

You will be a key fitness team member by providing members with 5* fitness service including inductions, programme writing, health assessments and ongoing gym floor support.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service and create a positive training environment
  • Conduct health assessments, write client programmes and offer members support
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility
  • Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests
  • Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes
  • Work in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiries

What you’ll bring

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications
  • Delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
  • Writing client programmes
  • Delivering health assessments
  • Delivering Personal Training sessions
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
  • Ability to communicate to a diverse audience of people
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Able to use one’s initiative

Salary, Perks & Benefits

  • £28,860.00 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period
