This brand-new role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build, influence, and drive meaningful change through both strategic and operational initiatives across our global Group functions. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will bring your expertise in organisational transformation, talent development, and people strategy to support our continued evolution and growth. You will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team, contributing to strategic programmes that align with our global objectives and OKRs; however, this is a stand-alone role within the Group function of Westfalia Fruit. It will require strong ownership of a unit whilst collaborating closely across a wider European P&C team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving performance and engagement.
  • Lead organisational transformation and change management initiatives across Group Functions.
  • Develop and implement leadership development and succession planning strategies.
  • Provide expert employee relations and employment law guidance, primarily in the UK.
  • Support business leaders with talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, embedding company values.
  • Drive performance and reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead or contribute to People & Culture transformation projects to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems to enhance people data visibility.
  • Work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, influencing at a senior level.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a senior People & Culture business partnering role, ideally within a commercial and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in transformation and change management within an HR function.
  • Demonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic People & Culture initiatives.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance people and business priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in ambiguity and drive solutions.
  • Global HR experience or exposure to international HR practices, with a strong understanding of international employment practices.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, ideally including MS D365.

Desirable:

  • Experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing or retail environments.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.
