We\’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team in Kings Hill, Kent on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Are you passionate about driving change and ensuring large-scale initiatives stay on track? As PMO Analyst, you\’ll sit within our Group Transformation team and be at the heart of our transformation efforts, working closely with the Head of Transformation Office to maintain structure, momentum, and discipline in all initiatives.
From coordinating key milestones and tracking progress to ensuring processes are followed, your role will be pivotal in keeping transformation programmes moving forward. If you\’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about working on high-impact business initiatives, this is the perfect opportunity to make a difference.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Workstream Leads with meeting preparations, including any materials for weekly TO meetings
- Co-lead meetings with respective Workstream Leads in a delegated capacity, providing coaching and support where necessary.
- Track and minute discussions, collating action items and reporting for the respective workstreams.
- Supporting with the compilation of board documents.
- Liaise with the Transformation Office on behalf of the respective Workstream, facilitating communication between Initiative Owners and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Acting as the Wave ERP superuser, supporting teams to ensure full user access.
- Manage the TO calendar and mailbox.
- Track attendance and prepare for the weekly TO meetings, motivating attendance with Workstream Leads/Workstream sponsors.
- Assign action point follow-ups for TO from TO daily check-ins.
- Play an active role in promoting a positive organisational culture that values diversity and inclusion and supports employee engagement.

Requirements
Experience we look for:
Essential
- Previous experience of project management/working as part of a project team that has delivered results and handled multiple projects at a time.
- Strong understanding of transformation project timelines and key milestones.
- Strong stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Effective communicator both in writing and verbally, with the ability to adjust your communication style to suit different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Excellent report writing skills and administrative ability, including previous experience of minuting meetings.
- A confident problem solver with the capacity to trouble shoot issues to find effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel to any of the offices within the Westfalia Fruit group on an ad hoc basis.
Desirable
- Fluency in additional European languages will be advantageous, but not essential.
