We\βre looking for a Junior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our team in, Kings Hill, UK.
As the primary P&C contact across our UK sites, you\βll provide expert support and coaching to managers including senior stakeholders on a wide range of People & Culture matters. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
You\βll partner with leaders to ensure the consistent application of our policies and initiatives, supporting the full employee lifecycle while delivering impactful HR solutions aligned with both local and global strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted Partner and advisor to managers and senior stakeholders, providing legally compliant and commercially sound HR guidance.
- Coach senior leaders through complex employee relations matters, performance management, change initiatives, and team development.
- Deliver end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, embedding best practice and fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.
- Collaborate with L&D and site leadership teams to assess capability gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
- Lead or support HR project work, from wellbeing and DEIB initiatives to policy and process improvements.
- Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with Talent Acquisition from crafting job descriptions to delivering meaningful exit feedback.
- Provide advice on compensation and benefits, benchmarking salaries and guiding annual pay reviews.
- Support organisational design ensuring diversity, future skills and capability are built.
- Support with wellbeing and DEIB initiatives and analyse workforce data and recommend improvements that promote engagement and belonging.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Stay informed of HR and employment law developments, bringing forward-thinking insights to the team.

Requirements
Experience we look for:
Essential
- Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and significant experience managing complex ER cases.
- Proven ability to coach and influence managers, including senior stakeholders, with confidence and credibility.
- Experience supporting or delivering HR initiatives that drive cultural or organisational change.
- Target Operating Model and Change experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Comfortable in a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days on site at Kings Hill dependant on business requirements following completion of probation period.
- Experience designing and delivering basic HR upskilling sessions for line managers.
Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, food production, or a manufacturing environment but not essential.
