Overview Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area.
We are looking for a Playworker to join the Kids Club team at Westerton Primary Academy.
Westerton Primary Academy is an inclusive, caring school that provides a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum for over 700 pupils in an outer suburb of South Leeds.
Responsibilities Work constructively as part of a small team, maintaining a safe, calm and happy approach.
Provide a well‑organised and stimulating environment for children.
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues, forging good working relationships.
Collaborate with other professionals across the Trust.
Qualifications Experience working with or caring for children of the relevant age group.
Good communication skills.
Commitment to safeguarding students and the welfare of the school community.
Will be required to undergo pre‑employment checks, two references, an enhanced DBS, medical clearance and provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK and evidence of qualifications.
