Our modern care home provides the highest quality of Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 106 residents.

Contract: £13.60 per hour

Contracted to 22 – 44 hours per week

Paid PVG, Paid SSSC, pension, uniform provided

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
