We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food production meets quality standards, presentation, and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

- Support the development of new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
