Responsibilities
- Phone Answering β Handling all inbound calls from patients to the call centre using the agreed protocols.
- Logging Calls β Logging, verifying or amending details on the internal computer system.
Skills and Qualifications
- GCSEs Grades A-C or equivalent in English Language and Maths and two years suitable and recent experience.
- Or: four years\β suitable and recent experience in an office, receptionist or call centre environment within the past five years.
