EU Digital is on a mission to transform a 175+ year old loved brand into the next generation of financial services, serving customers in 30+ countries with delightful products. We are looking for a Director, Digital Product EU to define the product vision, set the strategy, and drive execution at scale.

This is a high-impact leadership role that balances long-term vision with hands-on execution: you’ll shape the core remittance experience today while building new products that solve meaningful customer needs beyond remittances. You’ll combine strong customer centricity, product vision, data rigour and close cross-functional partnership to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set ambitious EU product strategy defining and owning the roadmap for best-in-class remittance product as well as beyond remittance vision (wallets, banking, etc.) aligned to customer growth and engagement.
  • Lead a team of product managers, analysts and designers raising the bar on product craft, data rigour, customer centricity, and ambitious problem solving. You’ll champion AI tooling within your own teams to increase velocity and quality by accelerating research, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Drive new customer growth through better onboarding, funnel optimization, referrals, lifecycle engagement, and localized experiences across European corridors.
  • Improve retention with delightful products reducing friction and increasing clarity on our pricing merchandising, network and delivery times.
  • Build for high-band senders by shaping a differentiated proposition for larger transfers, including tailored verification journeys, premium features, loyalty, and support.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, risk, and global product teams.
  • Expand beyond remittances diversifying into adjacent financial services that deepen customer relationships and lifetime value.

  • Strategic execution at scale: A rare combination of clear, high-level vision and the discipline to deliver consistently across a complex, multi-country scope. Willing to go deep into the details, remove friction, and drive high-quality outcomes at pace.
  • Proven product leadership: Significant experience in digital product management within fintech, cross-border payments, neo-banking, or high-growth consumer digital platforms.
  • Customer centricity: Ability to translate insights into simple, trusted, high-performing digital experiences.
  • Growth and CRO expertise: Strong expertise in growth, CRO, onboarding, localization, experimentation, and funnel analytics.
  • Exceptional Communication: The ability to influence cross-functional executives, navigate a highly matrixed global organization, and advocate passionately for the European customers.
