We are looking for an experienced and proactive Soft Play Centre Manager to take full operational and commercial responsibility for a standalone soft play centre. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring we provide a safe, clean, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children and families. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility across health and safety, staffing, customer experience, operations and financial performance. The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods, in line with the needs of the centre.
