We are seeking a Same Day Access(SDA) Triage Screener
Responsibilities and Duties for SDA Triage Screener:
- Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative duties.
- Answer/direct incoming calls, take messages, and place outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain electronic and/or paper records through data entry and/or filing.
- Complete required intake paperwork, obtaining insurance information
- Scheduling intake appointments for clients, while maintaining professionalism and effective customer service.
- Perform other related work as requested by the Manager, Supervisor, or Director.
Qualifications and Skills for SDA Triage Screener:
- Associates Degree in business related field (preferred)
- High School diploma (required)
- At least 1 year of clerical experience
- Work experience in a Mental Health, Substance Abuse or similar setting preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record.
- Effective communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced computer skills
