We are seeking an (PRN Mental Health Skill Builder) for our (Mental Health Skill Building program).

Responsibilities & Duties for (Mental Health Skill Builder):

· Provide non-clinical services in the home and community settings for individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness,

· Provide training on activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, accessing community resources, community integration, interpersonal skills, etc.

· Render services during the daytime and evening hours

· Maintain documentation in Credible (i.e. progress notes, ISP’s, quarterlies, etc.)

· Collaborate with other service providers to ensure care coordination for appointed clients

Qualifications and Skills for:

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field with a QMHP
• · Working knowledge and experience working with individuals with a serious mental illness
• · Understand strengths-based and person-centered approaches
• · Knowledge of coping strategies and recovery principles
• · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
