We are seeking an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator for our Mobile Crisis
Responsibilities and Duties for an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator:
- Provide administrative support for acute crisis and emergency response operates
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications across multidisciplinary teams
- Support leadership with reports, tracking, and process coordination
- Assist with on-call logistics, coverage planning, and urgent administrative needs
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Flexible and After hours on-call availability to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work a hybrid position: 2 days onsite or as needed/ remainder days in office
Qualifications and Skills for an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator:
- Emergency services experience (crisis, repose, mobile crisis, EMS, dispatch, public safety, or similar)
- First responder or veteran (military culture) experience
- Clinical background preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-stress situations
