Job Title: Signage Fabricator
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Signage Fabricator to join our team at Western Sign Systems Ltd, based in Westbury, Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing a wide variety of signage to a high standard, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate signage using CNC machinery, brake press, guillotine, chop saws, and other workshop equipment.
- Work from CAD drawings and follow written instructions accurately.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards with a strong attention to detail.
- Manufacture a diverse range of signage, from simple door signs to large illuminated monolith signs (up to 4m in height).
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, following company health and safety procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with fabrication tools and machinery is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Basic numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Details
- Location: Westbury, Wiltshire (on-site role)
- Hours: 7:50am – 4:20pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Overtime: Available at times
- Profit share - we work on a profit share after employees meet a standard
- Salary: From £25,396 per annum
- Contract: Full-time, permanent (3-month probationary period)
- PPE Provided: Safety boots, glasses, and other equipment as required
