We’re looking for a Delivery Management & Assurance Team Leader to join our Technology & Innovation Unit. In this permanent opportunity, you won’t just oversee delivery – you’ll shape it. From agile sprints to strategic programs, you’ll drive high-quality, cost-effective outcomes through expert assurance, coaching, and delivery leadership.

Your Role in Action

  • Lead & inspire – build and empower a high-performing team to deliver critical business outcomes across our complex tech landscape.
  • Champion smart delivery – embed the right project and program management approaches to keep initiatives sharp, focused, and outcomes-driven.
  • Drive alignment & assurance – ensure every project meets our Investment Governance and Delivery Frameworks, without exception.
  • Unlock momentum – lead initiatives that accelerate delivery, boost efficiency, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Keep delivery on point – partner with teams to adapt to shifting priorities, monitor performance, and maintain top-notch quality.
  • Shape the way we work – collaborate with delivery pros to evolve practical, fit-for-purpose frameworks
  • Enable transparency – design and run clear, effective governance and reporting that informs action and builds trust.
  • Engage and influence – build strong relationships, coach future leaders, and bring fresh thinking from across the industry to push delivery further.

  • Industry-recognised project management accreditations (e.g. PMBOK®, PRINCE2â„¢, PMI-ACP) that back your practical expertise.
