The Role:
- We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative output across our portfolio of brands.
- You’ll transform briefs into high-impact design that performs across digital, retail, packaging, and trade, while evolving and protecting brand standards.

Creative & Brand Leadership:
- Lead design development across campaigns and brand assets.
- Own and maintain brand guidelines across multiple brands.
- Translate marketing and commercial briefs into powerful creative concepts.
Hands-On Design Delivery:
- You’ll design across:
- Marketing campaigns (seasonal, launches & promotions)
- Digital content (website, email, social, marketplaces)
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial & eCommerce teams.
- Manage multiple projects with clear priorities & timelines.
Quality, Process & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools & best practices.
- Provide guidance, feedback & creative direction to junior designers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Senior/Lead preferred).
- Strong portfolio showing concepting & execution across digital & print.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout & colour theory.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, wholesale, B2B or multi-brand businesses.
- Motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred.
- UX/UI knowledge & digital best practice preferred.
- Highly creative with sharp attention to detail.
