The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative output across our portfolio of brands. You’ll transform briefs into high-impact design that performs across digital, retail, packaging, and trade, while evolving and protecting brand standards. If you love concepting, executing, and delivering beautiful design in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative & Brand Leadership
    • Lead design development across campaigns and brand assets
    • Own and maintain brand guidelines across multiple brands
    • Translate marketing and commercial briefs into powerful creative concepts
    • Challenge briefs constructively to improve clarity, impact & speed-to-market
  • Hands-On Design Delivery
    • You’ll design across:
    • Marketing campaigns (seasonal, launches & promotions)
    • Digital content (website, email, social, marketplaces)
    • Packaging & product artwork
    • POS, retail & trade materials, catalogues
    • Presentations, internal comms & sales decks
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial & eCommerce teams
    • Manage multiple projects with clear priorities & timelines
    • Work with external agencies, printers & suppliers when needed
  • Quality, Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure artwork is accurate, compliant & production-ready
    • Maintain efficient workflows, file structures & version control
    • Stay ahead of design trends, tools & best practices
  • Team Support (as needed)
    • Provide guidance, feedback & creative direction to junior designers

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Senior/Lead preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showing concepting & execution across digital & print
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout & colour theory
  • Confident working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, wholesale, B2B or multi-brand businesses
  • Motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • UX/UI knowledge & digital best practice
  • Print production, packaging artwork & pre-press experience
