As our UK business continues to grow, we have recently moved into our new Wolverhampton headquarters, bringing together a team of 50 people across a 10,000 sq ft office and 115,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution facility. As Regional Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of retail, independent, regional, and wholesale customers while driving new business growth across your territory. You’ll be responsible for increasing sales, expanding distribution, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our brands stand out in-store and online. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with commercial drive and a proactive, hunter mentality.
Account Management & Customer Growth
- Manage and develop relationships with regional retail and wholesale accounts
- Deliver outstanding customer service to maximise long-term partnerships and sales growth
- Conduct regular customer visits to review performance and identify opportunities
- Ensure promotions, activations, and agreed plans are executed effectively in-store and online
- Build trusted partnerships with customers and become a key commercial contact
Business Development
- Identify and win new independent and regional accounts across your territory
- Proactively seek out growth opportunities and convert leads into long-term business
- Present tailored commercial proposals and relevant product ranges to customers
Commercial Ownership
- Deliver against territory sales, volume, and margin targets
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading agreements within company guidelines
- Monitor account performance and provide accurate forecasting
Category & Brand Leadership
- Maintain strong knowledge of the SDA and electrical appliance market
- Improve product mix, distribution, merchandising, and in-store execution
- Support customers with product training where required
- Act as a professional and passionate brand ambassador for Western International Group
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and internal teams to support customer success
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline activity
- Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement and future growth strategies
We’re looking for a motivated, commercially aware sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and delivering results.
- Proven experience in field sales or account management
- Experience within small domestic appliances (SDA), electrical appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG preferred
- Strong experience managing retail, independent, regional, or wholesale accounts
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
