Do you understand marketplace trading, pricing, promotions, PPC, SEO, conversion and profitability and enjoy turning data into commercial results?

Western International Group (UK) Ltd. is looking for an ambitious Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our growing marketplace portfolio across the UK and international markets.

This is more than a listing-management role, you'll own marketplace performance, identify growth opportunities and drive measurable commercial results.

The Role

You’ll own the commercial performance, trading and growth of our marketplace channels, working closely with the Head of eCommerce and wider commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive marketplace revenue, margin and profitability
• Manage and optimise Amazon Seller & Vendor, eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces
• Manage pricing, promotions and product merchandising
• Monitor and optimise PPC, ROAS, ACOS and TACOS
• Improve marketplace SEO, rankings and conversion
• Monitor Buy Box, account health, reviews and marketplace performance
• Lead new product launches and catalogue optimisation
• Analyse sales, competitor and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Support new marketplace and international expansion
• Identify opportunities for automation, technology and process improvement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' marketplace/eCommerce experience
• Strong Amazon Seller Central experience
• Experience with eBay, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, pricing and promotions
• Commercial understanding of revenue, margin and profitability
• Strong analytical and Excel/data-reporting skills
• Experience managing large product catalogues/SKUs
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
