As our UK business continues to grow, we have recently moved into our new Wolverhampton headquarters, bringing together a team of 50 people across a 10,000 sq ft office and 115,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with established global brand strength and growing UK momentum.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help strengthen brand visibility, lead PR and campaigns, support product launches, and bring structure and consistency across our marketing activity. We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activity across the business, with a strong focus on brand, PR, campaigns, digital marketing, and team management.
Working closely with leadership, you will support the delivery of marketing plans across our brand portfolio, with particular focus on Geepas. You will play an important role in strengthening brand presence, driving PR opportunities, supporting launches, and improving the overall effectiveness of our marketing activity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, communicates confidently, and can manage multiple projects across campaigns, content, communications, and team coordination.
- Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and delivery of the overall marketing plan in line with business goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support campaign planning and decision-making.
- Manage the current social media and creative team.
- Support collaboration across marketing and creative teams.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual direction across all channels.
- Oversee content planning and campaign execution across social media and wider marketing activity.
- Work closely with internal creative resources to deliver strong and commercially effective marketing assets.
- Oversee key digital marketing activity including social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and website support.
- Track performance across channels and report on engagement, traffic, and campaign outcomes.
- Lead PR activity as a core part of the role, identifying opportunities to raise brand visibility.
- Plan and deliver PR campaigns that support launches, brand moments, and wider business objectives.
- Prepare press materials, coordinate outreach, and support brand communications initiatives.
- Work with leadership to ensure external communications are aligned, professional, and on brand.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, launches, and brand activations.
- Manage affiliate activity and help identify suitable partnership opportunities.
- Monitor partnership and affiliate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the introduction and development of a CRM system.
- Develop and manage email marketing, customer retention, and lifecycle communication activity.
- Use customer insight and campaign data to improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchase.
3-6 yearsβ experience in a marketing role with broad exposure across multiple channels.
Proven experience in PR and media outreach, which is essential for this role.
Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
Experience coordinating projects and working with internal teams and external partners.
Strong understanding of brand, content, digital marketing, and PR.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Experience working with agencies or third-party marketing suppliers.
Exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, or event coordination.
Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms.
