We’re hiring an Ecommerce & Product Photographer in Wolverhampton, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. We’re looking for a talented Ecommerce & Product Photographer to join our growing creative team and help bring our products to life across kitchen appliances, homeware, electronics, and personal care.
Role Overview
This is a fast-paced studio role where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are key. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-focused product imagery that elevates our online presence and supports our ecommerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Ecommerce Photography: You’ll create high-quality visuals for:
- Geepas.co.uk
- Ecommerce marketplaces
- Marketing & digital campaigns
- Clean white-background hero shots
- Lifestyle & in-use imagery
- Detail & feature close-ups
- Scale & dimension references
Styling & Staging
- Prepare products (cleaning, assembling, cable steaming, label positioning)
- Style with props, surfaces, and environments aligned to brand
- Maintain consistent composition, lighting & framing across ranges
Studio & Technical Execution
- Set up and manage professional lighting
- Operate cameras & studio equipment confidently
- Adapt lighting for different materials, sizes & finishes
- Ensure accurate colour reproduction and sharp ecommerce-ready images
Post-Production & Delivery
- Edit & retouch using Photoshop / Lightroom
- Meet ecommerce specs (resolution, cropping, naming, backgrounds)
- Optimise images for fast loading without losing quality
- Organise and manage image libraries efficiently
Ecommerce & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate with Ecommerce & Marketing teams
- Support product launches, promotions & seasonal campaigns
- Maintain visual consistency across website & listings
- Help improve photography workflows and visual standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven product photography experience (ecommerce/retail preferred)
- Strong product staging for online sales
- Expert lighting, composition & product presentation
- Ability to manage high volumes & tight deadlines
- High attention to detail with commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
