The Role

As our

Multi-Channel e Commerce Manager , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance and commercial growth of multiple online marketplaces while working closely with our Head of e Commerce.

This is a commercially focused role where you'll manage trading performance, optimise marketplace operations, and identify new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across all digital channels.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the performance of multiple e Commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Driving online sales, revenue, profitability and customer acquisition.
  • Optimising product listings, content, pricing and merchandising across all sales channels.
  • Monitoring KPIs including revenue, conversion, traffic, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and profitability.
  • Managing new product launches across multiple marketplaces.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to maximise paid advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Improving SEO, CRO, A/B testing and customer journey optimisation.
  • Analysing competitor activity, pricing strategies and emerging market trends.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supporting expansion into new online marketplaces and international territories.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency and scale online growth.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially driven individual who combines analytical thinking with a passion for digital retail.

You'll ideally have

  • 3+ years' experience managing multiple e Commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify and other marketplace platforms.
  • Experience trading across platforms such as e Bay, Tik Tok Shop, Wayfair, Tesco Marketplace, B&Q Marketplace or similar.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketplace advertising, PPC, SEO, CRO and digital merchandising.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous

  • SAP Business Intelligence
