/strong p br /p p Western International Group (UK) Ltd is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven strong Head of DTC Ecommerce Growth /strong to lead the next phase of growth for strong Geepas.co.uk /strong . /p p br /p p This isnt a role where youll simply manage an existing ecommerce channel. /p p br /p p Youll own the growth strategy, commercial performance and DTC P L, and have the opportunity to build Geepas.co.uk into a significant, profitable direct-to-consumer channel in the UK. /p p br /p 🌍 About Geepas p Geepas is our flagship global brand, with: /p p 🌎 Presence in strong 85 countries /strong /p p 📦 strong 1,500+ products /strong across multiple consumer categories /p p 🚀 strong 500+ million products sold globally /strong /p p 🏢 A growing UK operation headquartered in Wolverhampton /p p 📊 Established ecommerce and marketplace infrastructure /p p Our UK business is entering an exciting new phase, and strong DTC is a key part of our growth strategy. /strong /p p br /p 🎯 The Opportunity p As strong Head of DTC Ecommerce Growth /strong , you will take ownership of the commercial growth of strong Geepas.co.uk /strong , bringing together: /p ul li DTC strategy P L ownership /li li Ecommerce trading /li li Customer acquisition /li li Shopify development /li li CRO UX /li li CRM retention /li li Merchandising promotions /li li Customer lifetime value /li li Commercial analytics /li /ul p br /p p Youll work closely with the strong Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team /strong , with genuine influence over investment, strategy, partnerships, team capability and the future direction of the channel. /p p br /p 🔑 What Youll Be Responsible For ul li Own the strong commercial performance and growth strategy /strong for Geepas.co.uk /li li Manage the strong DTC P L, budgets, forecasts and growth plans /strong /li li Drive strong profitable revenue growth, customer acquisition and contribution margin /strong /li li Lead our performance marketing partner across strong Google, Meta and other paid channels /strong /li li Set and monitor strong CAC, profitability and growth targets /strong /li li Own the ecommerce trading and promotional calendar /li li Improve merchandising, bundles, cross-selling and strong AOV /strong /li li Develop and prioritise the strong Shopify, UX and CRO roadmap /strong /li li Use customer and commercial data to improve strong CVR and revenue per visitor /strong /li li Develop strong CRM, retention and customer lifetime value strategies /strong /li li Work cross-functionally with product, buying, supply chain, marketing, creative and operations /li li Build clear reporting across strong revenue, margin, CAC, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase and profitability /strong /li li Identify the internal and external capabilities required to scale the DTC channel /li /ul p br /p ⭐ What Were Looking For p Were looking for someone who has strong actually grown an ecommerce business /strong and can demonstrate the commercial impact theyve personally delivered. /p p br /p p Youll ideally bring: /p ul li Strong experience growing a strong DTC ecommerce business /strong /li li Proven commercial ownership of a strong multi-million-pound ecommerce channel /strong /li li Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, acquisition and profitability /li li strong Shopify / Shopify Plus /strong experience /li li Strong CRO, UX and digital customer journey knowledge /li li Experience with strong Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and paid acquisition /strong /li li Experience managing performance marketing agencies or external partners /li li Strong commercial and analytical capability /li li Understanding of strong CRM, retention and CLV /strong /li li Experience within a fast-growing consumer brand would be advantageous /li /ul p br /p p strong Were particularly interested in the story behind your results. /strong /p p br /p p Tell us strong what you inherited, what you changed, what decisions you made and what happened as a result. br /strong /p 💡 Why Join Us?
