We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help strengthen brand visibility, lead PR and campaigns, support product launches, and bring structure and consistency across our marketing activity.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activity across the business, with a strong focus on brand, PR, campaigns, digital marketing, and team management. Working closely with leadership, you will support the delivery of marketing plans across our brand portfolio, with particular focus on Geepas. You will play an important role in strengthening brand presence, driving PR opportunities, supporting launches, and improving the overall effectiveness of our marketing activity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, communicates confidently, and can manage multiple projects across campaigns, content, communications, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution: Support the development and delivery of the overall marketing plan in line with business goals. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels. Coordinate promotional activity and support product launches. Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support campaign planning and decision-making.
- Team Management: Manage the current social media and creative team. Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and delivery. Support collaboration across marketing and creative teams.
- Brand & Content Oversight: Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual direction across all channels. Oversee content planning and campaign execution across social media and wider marketing activity. Work closely with internal creative resources to deliver strong and commercially effective marketing assets.
- Digital Marketing & Agency Management: Oversee key digital marketing activity including social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and website support. Manage external agencies and third-party suppliers where required. Track performance across channels and report on engagement, traffic, and campaign outcomes.
- PR, Media & Brand Communications: Lead PR activity as a core part of the role, identifying opportunities to raise brand visibility. Plan and deliver PR campaigns that support launches, brand moments, and wider business objectives. Build and manage relationships with press, media contacts, influencers, and relevant external partners. Prepare press materials, coordinate outreach, and support brand communications initiatives. Work with leadership to ensure external communications are aligned, professional, and on brand.
- Events, Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing: Support the planning and delivery of events, launches, and brand activations. Manage affiliate activity and help identify suitable partnership opportunities. Build relationships with collaborators, influencers, and external partners to increase awareness and reach. Monitor partnership and affiliate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Support the introduction and development of a CRM system. Develop and manage email marketing, customer retention, and lifecycle communication activity. Use customer insight and campaign data to improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchase.
What Weβre Looking For:
Experience: 3-6 yearsβ experience in a marketing role with broad exposure across multiple channels. Proven experience in PR and media outreach, which is essential for this role. Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns. Experience coordinating projects and working with internal teams and external partners.
Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of brand, content, digital marketing, and PR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Proactive and hands-on, with a collaborative approach to working across teams. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Desirable: Experience working with agencies or third-party marketing suppliers. Exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, or event coordination. Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms.
