Meridian Health & Social Careare a domiciliary care company in Blackpoolwho provide a range of care and support services for our service users. We are currently hiring for walkers only within the Blackpool Town Centre area.
Our main priority for this job role is to recruit passionate new Care Assistant\’s, caring individuals with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own could this be you?
The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent. Our service users are individuals, and all deserve to be treated as such.

A general guide to the duties we provide, includes some support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same!
Working in care can be flexible, as your hours are usually based on shift patterns, so a work/life balance that suits you is achievable.
Experience and qualifications are always desirable but for this role your values and attitude towards caring for our clients is the most important thing.
