Responsibilities
As a care worker your responsibilities may include some support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same!
Working in care can be flexible, as your hours are usually based on shift patterns, so a work/life balance that suits you is achievable. Experience and qualifications are always desirable but for this role your values and attitude towards caring for our clients is the most important thing.
