Western Gailes Golf Club is looking to recruit a part time Chef to join an experienced team. Established in 1897, the links style, dune lined course is situated along the Firth of Clyde in North Ayrshire with panoramic views across the Clyde to Arran in the West and Ailsa Craig in the South. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals keen to become involved in Scotland's golf hospitality sector.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensure food is to the highest standard Chef de Partie Level
- Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
- Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
- Offer a warm and friendly service
Reporting to the Head Chef, essential criteria would include effective communication skills, an ability to work as part of a team, and reliability and flexibility. Own transport advantageous due to location.
